We feel sorry for the disruption, especially since we are a valuable piece of your child’s day. However, our main focus is the health and well being of each of you and the surrounding community. As we follow the direction of the Brookline Public School direction, it is best to understand how our proactive measures could save lives. Currently, HEDP has not had any direct cases of COVID-19 and have been diligent in following the recommended guidelines over the past week to help minimize any risk. We deeply appreciate our families who have been supportive through donations and kind words with our teaching team over the last few weeks. HEDP is truly an extended family that cares about one another. Our teachers will be working hard to send out your child’s observation reports, reflect on their teaching and plan for the next couple of months while the school is closed. We will be working with the Heath School administration on reopening and will keep you updated. Our commitment to you and your children is unwavering and we are here to help answer any questions or hear your concerns. We will be sending out resources and reminders to help get you through these days.
