HOORAY FOR JANUARY! We will slide right into Penguin Week, do you think webbed feet squeak?? Let’s shake things up during Music Week we’ll make music, play and sing! We will be recognizing Martin Luther King Jr., learning about his his dream and exploring our individual hopes and dreams as well. Now that it’s winter we’ll be learning about the change in seasons, and other changes we need to make due to shift in weather; such as now we have to wear warmer clothes! What other changes will be made now that it is winter time? Why do the seasons change? What does it mean that it is “Winter Time”? We will be exploring different sports during sportsmanship week! During this week we will focus on, how to be a good sport, the importance of game rules, and hope to build children's confidence while the children try new games and cheer each other on!
